Tieling Water Valve Fitting Industry & Trading Co., Ltd. formerly called Export Factory of the Tieling Valve Works, Tieling Valve Works was established in 1935, one of leading enterprises of the Ministry of Machinery & Industry of the nation with a history of more than seventy years and has been famous for manufacturing of low pressure and large size valves. In 1997, the Works was reformed and the Export Factory was co-respondingly reformed and renamed as Tieling Valve Group Special Valve Co., Ltd. which is independent in operation and legal person, till now, the special valve co***ny owns fixed assets of 56 million RMB, there are 520 employees among whom 45 are technicians.
The special valve co***ny covers an area of 36000m2 among which 10000m2 building area. The co***ny is a complete manufacturer with casting, welding, machining, assembling and testing shops. Advanced physical and chemical analysis shop and test shop can provide composition and performance test of materials as well as life, flow resistance, flow characteristic, corrosion, abrasion tests.
Manufacturing facilities owned by the co***ny: Casting: resin sand casting line, cupola furnaces, wooden mould shops, cavityless casting line, casting capacity per year: 5000 tons. Machining: 5m vertical lathe, 4m vertical lathe, 2m face lathe, T68/T613 boring machine, Z3025, Z535 drilling machines, annual machining capacity: 8000 tons. Welding: 6.3mm cutting machine, 20mm rolling machine, 50mm plasma-arc surfacing machine, annual welding capacity: 2000 tons.
